Kevin Thomas and Dawn Arcieri are proud to announce the launch of Sparrow Studio, the newly re-branded design division of KT Ventures. This evolution allows us to better serve our clients through enhanced specialization. Working under the Sparrow Studio name, we will focus solely on delivering elevated, story-driven design experiences. Though the name is new, the team remains the same, bringing fresh energy and deep expertise to every project.
Under the leadership of licensed interior designer, Dawn Arcieri, NCIDQ, RID, IIDA, Sparrow Studio delivers spaces that reflect refined taste, strategic investment, and thoughtful storytelling that are always aligned with our clients' business goals and brand vision. With a career spanning more than four decades, Dawn has infused creativity and vision into thoughtfully crafted spaces from boutique hotels and restaurants to vibrant active senior living communities.
Our talented Design Director, Kat Diaz, NCIDQ, RID, IIDA is a licensed interior designer with over 15 years of experience across a variety of project types, including five-star hotels, restaurants, commercial offices, mixed-use developments, and multifamily residences. Her background in both design and business development enriches her work, allowing her to bring a holistic, client-focused perspective to every project.
